This automatic folder gluer/stitcher machine is composed of vacuum paper feeding part, gluing folding part, stitching part and counting stacking output part of 4 parts.
The main transmission all adopts servo drive, standard PL C touch screen control, the whole machine is electric adjustment, just input three data (length, width, height size) on the touch screen, the machine automatically adjusts in place. The operation is simple and reliable, the stitching part and the gluing part can be controlled separately, and the average gluing speed is 150 meters/min. Stitching speed 4 nails 80 pieces/min. High speed energy saving, save labor costs.
